Delete your PiggySplit account

Delete it in the app

The quickest way. It takes effect right away.

• Open PiggySplit and go to Profile.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm twice. You are signed out on every device.

Before you can delete

• Settle every unsettled expense, in every wallet.
• Transfer ownership of any shared wallet that still has other members.

The app tells you which of these is in the way.

Can't use the app?

Email support@piggysplit.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request with you and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your email address and password, immediately. The email address can be used to sign up again.
• Every active session, on every device.
• Your membership in every wallet.
• Wallets that only you belonged to are closed.

What is kept, and why

• Your username on expenses, payments and comments in wallets you shared, so the other members' records stay correct.
• Receipts and payment proofs attached to those shared records.
• Your support conversations.
